Head of Demand and Business Excellence - Abbott - Karachi Major Responsibilities Analyze demand and develop consensus-based demand forecast at SKU level on a monthly basis. Forecast to be developed considering trending/statistical techniques, inputs from sales and marketing teams and alignment with long term financial plans. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure inconsistencies in the forecast are corrected to prevent any negative impact on customer replenishment or inventory Ensure timely and accurate publication of Final Demand Statement on monthly basis as per the company policies and guidelines including related reporting to area and division. As S&OP champion, drive and facilitate the affiliate monthly S&OP process including NPI review, Commercial Review, Demand Review and S&OP meeting.
