CRM Lead - AK Marketing - Karachi

 AK Marketing ( a Retail fashion firm) is looking for CRM Lead for their Head Office in Karachi.


The incumbent at this position will be required to develop and lead overall CRM strategies in order to provide high level of service and excellent consumer experience. Also he/she should evaluate consumer data, consumer behavior, rewards, redemptions, user experience analysis and business performance metrics and develop CRM campaigns accordingly. He/she should be capable to Manage Call Centre services and resolve customer queries. 


Candidate having experience of 3-5 years in similar capacity and have done MBA are encouraged to apply. Interested candidate may share their resume at careers@akmpk.com with the subject “CRM LEAD” till 30th of September 2020. Only short listed candidates will be called for interview.
