Coca Cola Icecek Pakistan is looking for Finance Analyst (Business Planning) for its Finance Function in Lahore.
Finance Analyst
Support and create value in day to day tasks along with assist Finance Executive in completing deliverables on time.
Follow up in cases when data is to be received from other finance departments or from cross functionals teams in order to achieve a seamless process flow of deliverable, accounting and reporting without delay. Preparing analysis and performing calculations as required either as routine or adhoc depending on the requirement and request. Preparing entries for G/L and related accounting in system as part of month end routines. Prepare regular and timely reporting deliverables for review and circulation.
1) Maintain a database of reporting deliverables and have them ready in a timely manner [right after month-end, right after closing, etc]. Ensure all dumps/databases are updated and accurate
2) Support day to day operational tasks of the department/Finance Executive and take ownership of independently handing routine / experienced tasks
3) Prepare the reports [monthly/daily/quarterly] and take ownership of the data being reported. Ensure that the reports are accurate and ready well in time for review and for publishing them
4) Assist in ad hoc analytical and data requests and reports and support wherever data is required to be extracted or collated
5) Participate in automation drives where relevant to the line of work, and help in improving the SLA of deliverables
6) Perform month-end closing routines and ensuring G/L and related entries are posted accurately in the accounting system

Minimum: Bachelor Degree
Preferred Qualification : Advance level in Accounting & Finance – CA, MBA, CIMA, ACCA,CFA, BSc, ACMA or SMMM
