Position: Management Traineeship – Human Resources
Job Requirements:
Qualification: Bachelors/Master’s Degree (HR)
Experience: Relevant
CGPA: Min. 3.0 or above
Responsibilities’
Support in preparing advertisements and ensuring timely placements by closely liaising with the
advertising agency.
Screen applications received against the advertisements, where required.
Arrange interviews of the potential candidates with identified panel members.
Facilitate smooth induction of new incoming staff by coordinating various joining formalities
between different departments.
Prepare personnel files for new employees in assigned areas in accordance with the hiring checklist.
Assist in educational documents verification.
Assist in the review of HR policies and processes for alignment across the University.
Support Employee relations team in executing employee relations strategy, handling workplace issues
and employment matters by applying appropriate policies and maintaining high ethical and legal
standards. This may include support in scheduling and data management of investigations and other
formal and informal employee grievances, code of conduct and other disciplinary issues such as theft,
insubordination, dress code and appearance as well as harassment.
Support in special projects specifically for commissioning of University Centre Building, Karachi by
coordinating and organizing meetings, documentation, data management, work processes and
transition related activities.
