Job Description and Responsibilities
Assisting the Senior Team in following:
Client's Requirement gathering and creating the related documents i.e. Functional Requirement Documents, Solution Design Documents.
Analyzes user problems, provides solution in consultation with supervisors.
Understanding Client's Application Customization needs after getting the new requirements, collaborate with the project development and management team for functional assistance/clarity.
Testing of Designed Solutions and Processes being mapped in Application.
Produce and manages documentation, manuals helpful in better understanding of system users.
Training clients; new users by providing continuous support.
Creating customized Presentations and conducting demonstrations with active leads.
Any other tasks given by Team Leads.
