Resident Engineer for Microsoft Exchange with Office 365.
- Perform day to day operations of messaging environment which includes 2nd level support.
- Perform assessment/health checks of existing messaging infrastructure such as Exchange 2013/2016.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure AD, Exchange Online & Microsoft Intune will be desired.
- Perform daily exchange administration such as mailbox creation/deletion.
- Act on systems outages, ensuring optimal SLA results and following up in diagnosing and resolving any messaging problems.
- Planning, coordinating and carried out messaging servers upgrade/patches and maintenance activities.
- Work closely with other technical teams including network team/vendors on any issue related pertaining to messaging environment.
- Prepare to be on standby for any escalation of major incident and outages.
- Minimum of 2 years in administration/support in messaging infrastructure.
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
- Resident of Malir / Airport Area will be preferred.
Skills: Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory & Office365.
