Supply Supervisor - Puma Energy - Karachi
Main Purpose:
Provides support and supervises all of the Supply Chain activities including fuels and lubricants pricing.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Purchases.
- Establish strong external relationships with suppliers/refineries to facilitate product purchases.
- Interact with the finance team to arrange to finance for purchases.
- Monitor the mass balance and review the stock report to ensure sufficient inventory levels available to cater to the sales demand.
System Administration.
- Raise NAV Purchase Contract for all Service Station Supply and corresponding Purchase Orders (PO) after each price change.
- Raise Purchase Orders for bulk receipts from the local refineries and subsequent transfer orders for the movement of stock from the pipeline to the depots/Physical Reporting Locations (PRL).
- Generate Purchase Orders for imported products and coordinate with finance for import customs duty clearance.
- Create a system Purchase Order against PFI provided by Lube’s team and corresponding lube Transfer Orders.
Product Pricing.
- Review all pricing calculations prior to system approval.
- Ability to calculate retail fuel, BtoB fuel, and lubricant pricing as well as an update in the system with 100% accuracy.
Stock Transfer Planning.
- Plan daily transfer of stock from parent depot/terminal to Physical Reporting Locations and upcountry depots while accounting for transit-time and existing stock on location.
- Balance the product movement plan with sales demand and standing trucks. Coordinate with Logistics for truck availability.
- Ensure all product movement is IFEM compliant.
Update Stock Progression Report (SPR) daily to:
- Plan local purchases and imports
- Plan stock transfers
- Review inventory position
- Monitor actual sales against forecast
- Analyze trends Future forecasting
- Analyze trends

- Graduate University Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or other similar fields
- 5 years of oil industry experience, preferably in logistics or supply.
- Experience in sales and fuel pricing is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
