Job Description
- Responsible for demand management of assigned markets to maintain agreed stocks level at distributor’s end
- Ensure no stock out / sales loss for assigned markets
- Continuous improvisation for freight cost optimization
- Preparation and error free execution of pre & post shipment export documentation as per customer requirement
- Negotiation and handling of clearing and forwarding agents for end to end shipment logistics.
- Maintain customer satisfaction (both internal & external customers) by resolution of queries within committed time frame.
- Ensure timely updating of management reports
Education
Graduate, preferably MBA
Experience
2 to 3 years. Export experience from Pharmaceutical, Foods or FMCG will be preferred.
Skills
- Complete documentation & processes knowledge for export shipment execution
- Communication, negotiations and advocacy skills
- MS Excel
- Multi-tasking and prioritizing skills to meet timelines with narrow margins
- Quick learner and high adaptability of changes
