PURPOSE OF JOB
Overseeing of Budgeting and Planning.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the strategic aspects of the annual financial plan and budgeting process of the bank including the quarterly forecast.
- Budget variance discussion with departments on monthly basis.
- Board/Management presentation(s) on monthly basis.
- Monitoring CAPX and OPEX budget, identification of deviations from budget and recommendation to management on budget controls.
- Preparation/Presentations of stress test projections and rolling forecast.
- Ensure accuracy of auto modules of the core banking system.
- Timely reconciliations to avoid any income leakage.
- Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision-making purposes
- Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum Master’s degree in Finance from any reputed HEC approved university.
- Minimum 16 years of education with certifications such as ACCA/CA/ICMA etc. would be preferred
- Total work experience of at least 10 years.
